My contact person, Robin, of TNT tried to arrange to get me my Mercedes SUV within a few days (historic snow storms stopped her ability). Nevertheless she continued to be in contact with me and from day 1 of contacting her I received my vehicle within 7 days. I thought that was tremendous. Every time I emailed her she responded immediately or called me. Customer service is what you hope it to be. Personable, friendly, prompt. The delivery person was also the same. I originally tried to go with another transport company which cost almost half, $425, and they couldn't find a driver after a week and a half. I am in the hotel/restaurant/hospitality industry. TNT's professionalism was the same I try to give to the public. They may have cost much more, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Thank you TNT!
