Dishonest from the start- Watch out!

Sabrina Kims (working under 1 world auto- the base company of Tau Logistics) lied to be about the fuel surcharge and cost me $200. I replied to an email, which means I entered a contract that even though I cancelled less than 12 hours after talking to Sabrina (due to the open ended fuel charge) and 3 full days prior to the move, they say I needed to give them 7 days or I do not get my refund. Legal? maybe...Ethical...NO WAY!! It took me 10 phone calls to finally reach Miranda, the manager, who told me that they are sticking to the contact and I was a fool for sending it over and believing Sabrina. Watch out for these guys!
