super jet van lines has been a terrible experience.

our estimate was $2000 more than suggested over the phone, and personal items were reported as damaged in the packing up of our belongings.

we were told that the move would take no more than 2 weeks, but in fact it has been over three weeks and our belongings have yet to be loaded on a truck across the country. the customer service was fine, until we had a complaint. then they were rude and short. we now are going to be out of town during their expected delivery, and will require someone else to meet the delivery truck and pay the movers. we paid rent and utilities for a house we will not even live in during the month of august.

i have spoken with the company and they refuse to compensate us in any way. i would definitely not recommend super jet van lines as professional movers.
