Poor service

My husband and I chose this company because they had a good rating with BBB. Not sure how because we are still waiting for our car to be picked up in New Jersey 13 days later. Mike told us no later than Tuesday June 18th our car would be picked up still hasn't happened. Called Suncoast repeatedly only to get occasional calls back to the tune of"if you give us more money well move you up on the list to get your car to you" what a scam! How can people do business like this?!

*This is the exact reason we take the time to explain how the industry works to our customers and why the lowest price isn't always the best! This customer wanted us to match an extremely low quote from ANOTHER company. As we tell to each and every one of our customers, we are a broker. We cannot guarantee pick up dates until we have a carrier scheduled. Prices vary according to the customer's time frame. The lower the price, the longer and more difficult it gets to schedule a carrier and the higher the price, the faster a carrier is scheduled since the drivers always take the higher priced vehicles first. This is explained to customers at time of booking and they are priced accordingly. In this particular situation, the customer did not want to book at the price we recommended and chose to try at a lower rate. Suncoast was still able to obtain a carrier for pick up but the customer declined the carrier and said that it would not work for him. The customer then canceled at no fee and chose to get vehicle himself.
