After researching transporters for days, I found that even the best companies seem to have about a 50% satisfaction rate, which sucks! I thought I was going to have a terrible experience. Even DAS has a lot of complaints posted on the web. Then I found that a lot of brokers are not up-front at all about how this industry works, they just want the contract. I saw a very positive review of Streamline, gave them a call, and ended up being satisfied from beginning to end. Joanne really cares, and she will do right by you.
