I called to schedule a transport for my automobile and things appeared to be starting well. I didn't hear anything for jsut over a week and then decided to call to see what was going on. They had issues with the scheduled driver and a personal issue but didn't really keep me in the loop at all. They found a different driver or somehow got things back on track and called me back to let me know that the car was to be picked up as soon as possible.
The actual transport time was very reasonable and the car arrived in great shape. I wasn't totally happy that the driver delivered the car at 10 pm but that wasn't Streamlines fault. The driver was courteous and as I said the car was delivered in perfect shape. Overall a decent experience with satisfactory results. My only concern was the lack of communication before pick-up. I understand that could have been because even they weren't sure what the driver was doing before he picked up ther car.
