I arranged to have my truck picked up from WA and delivered to FL. I told them that my location was a little difficult to get to. I also told them that i was willing to pay a higher price that what was quoted because i know the quotes go off of a computer model. They said that was not necessarily, they also told my they had there own drivers and would have no trouble just sending one over. That was the selling point for me. The other company's did not have their own drivers and had to contract them out. It turns out stateway had lied to me because they were no different from the other company's. Anyway, i needed it shipped because i was leaving the country and i told them that. The pick up window came and went and they never showed up. You can not contact them by phone, you just cant get past the automation. so i left a few voice mails. I told them my situation and that i was leaving the country for Afghanistan and they said dont worry about it, a drive would be there. Anyways, a driver never showed up. i could never contact them again and now here i sit, thousands of miles away, helpless to do anything about it.
