The whole brokerage thing is difficult to decipher who is good and who is a nightmare. Teddy had a good price and claimed to have a driver ready in a day or two. I looked at these reviews and others and decided to go with State by State. I had to delay a day because of arrangements on my end and missed the driver heading north. I gave them the go ahead on Thursday, the car was picked up Monday night and delivered to CT Wednesday at noon. After placing the order, I got several calls from other brokers who claimed that my inop car would never get moved at the quoted price ($500.), but they could do it right away for a little to a lot more. I got a bit nervouse and had difficulty getting a call back from State by State. I finally got through to dispatch and they said that since I missed that week's run, I would probably get picked up the following week mid to late week. I was still a bit nervous, but I was notified by my contact in GA that the car had been loaded Monday night. The cost was $25 more than quoted, but that is a negligible change. The communication could have been better to put my mind at ease, but STate By State will get the call next time.
