bad customer service

i had given a motorcycle to my nephew for a chritmas present,that took me 10yrs to build,the haulers pick up the bike two days later and i had to ride it to them, with a cast on my broken leg,they would not come to the house.My nephew gave the company a credit card number to pay for the total cost of the delivery ,which was $530.00 as told from the sales rep. Vince,when the truck got to the destination,they ask for $375.00 in cash ,which was not explain to the customer that the company only takes out $120.00 and the rest you pay to the drivers cash on arrival,when i call them they were quick to amit it was there mistake,but did not want to correct it ,and from that point was going to put my bike in storaged in SANANTO texas somewhere, because the drives did not want to bring it back,without getting extra money!(BULLSHIT),NOW I THE SENDER REQUEST TO HAVE THE BIKE BRUNG BACK IN ORDER TO PREVENT FROM STORAGED fee'swhich cost me $500.00 cash is that some (BULLSHIT )or what they do not honor their contract, very,very bad customer service i wouldn't recomened them to ship a (frog ),i've never done buisness in that manner in my life,please to the public,their are plenty of company's out their to use stay away from SPEEDY AUTO TRANSPORTATION,
