At first, SpeedCo was professional and friendly when setting up my transport. I ended up having issues relating to paying for the vehicle in question and needed to cancel/postpone shipment. I emailed and texted to cancel, and received confirmation of that. Come the day it HAD been scheduled, I get a call from a driver stating he was an hour away from picking up the vehicle! I called SpeedCo and “Kane” (probably a fake name) got very aggressive and continually talked over me when I told him I had in fact cancelled the pickup. He maintained that I had not even though he recognized that they saw my communications. The situation ended up working out as my payment went through miraculously before the driver ran out of time. However, I would NEVER work with SpeedCo again or recommend to anyone. Their prices may be low but the shady business tactics reflect. Side Note: SpeedCo claimed they would provide proof of the transporters liability coverage and MC authority upon booking and never did that, either.
