I chose Specialty Mobile Systems after reading good reviews here. All contact with them was excellent, prompt and professional. Vehicle pickup happened early and delivery was on time, on the early side. The only issue I encountered was when I had to communicate with the dispatcher and driver of the truck. Both spoke poor English, the fact that we were talking over cell phones did not help either. They did not explain well what the pick-up procedure was and the location (a truck stop on I-95) was full so they had to drive my car (with my consent) to a next stop with no inspection. It was after dark and in pouring rain during the pick-up so I had to go on my faith that things would work well, which they did. Overall, it was a smooth move, would use the company again.
