Their customer service was excellent. My car was picked up within 2 days after I called them. It was delivered within 4 days after it was picked up. Speciality mobiles is a transporter as well as a brokerage firm. For transporting my vehicle, they delegated the shipping of my vehicle to one of the transporting firms that they collaborate with. They were slightly more expensive than some of the other shippers, but the extra cost is more than justified by their efficiency, knowledge and helpful employees. Dee, the representative who was handling my case called me every alternate day to give an update on the status of my vehicle.

Here is my theory on why this firm is so good: They work both as transporter and broker. If you give the shipping contract to a purley transportation firm, they might not schedule to pick your car until they get enough shipping orders from your locality. The advantage with a brokerage firm is that they can look at the shipping schedules of multiple transporters and find the one that is scheduled to visit your area in the near future. I might be wrong, but I went with this theory and it worked for me :-)
