Outstanding customer service. I spoke to the owner of the company on the first day. I transported a Camry across country. They assigned the job to a friendly man who was very reliable. My car arrived mildly dirty, but nothing that an $8 car wash couldn't fix. Previously, I paid about $2000 to move a brand new car cross country in a closed carrier. They were also excellent, but this was at least $800 cheaper, faster, and customer service was better. Simply put, Specialty Mobile obviously cares about their business and they treat customers very well. Happy customers build businesses and I would definitely use them again. They arrived 3 days early and delivered the car 2300 miles in about 6 days.
