Communication is Lacking

I selected this company based on all the "stellar" reviews it had for transport. Well, they never called me to tell me when my car was being picked up so I could not re-arrange my appointments. I had to chase down the information from Specialty to get any kind of update. I had to cancel all the dinner plans I had with my family because this shipper was extremely late picking up my car and decided to pick up the same day I called for an update. Now keep in mind that they had a 3 day window THEY set to get my car and promised a 24 hr call prior to pickup. I had to wait around for them to get here and get my car. Now I know this seems like nothing, but when you're moving 3000 miles away, you want to spend as much time as possible with your family and not sit around waiting for the pickup of your car. Had I gotten a call 24 hours ahead, I would have made sure and re-arrange everything. I certainly will never use them again nor would I recommend them. Of course, I am in the minority here, but when you spend that much money to ship a car, you would expect some sort of communication to happen.
