This is my first time usinga transport service, and after reading some of the horror stories I was more than a little worried. I chose SMS due to the reviews here along with the facts that they are located close to where the car was and they do their own hauling as well as being a broker.
The price was not the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive, but after using them I would defintely use them again regardless of whether they were the most expensive or not. Car was picked up on time from the seller's house, Brad the driver called to let me know he had picked up the car and an ETA on when he would be delivering the car. Brad continued to call and update me on where he was at along the route and updating the ETA. The car arrived early and spotless. The hauler was completely enclosed as advertised and Brad lived up to his professional phone personna when I met him in person when he delivered my 1973 Porsche without a mark.

Customer service by Dee was very friendly and responsive. If I had a question I could either email or call and she would either know the answer or find out and contact me right away. You can't ask for more.

This sums up SMS as best as I can.
