Having never shipped a car before, and having read numerous horror stories, I was nervous about shipping my car from Florida to California. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and called several companies before choosing Specialty Mobile.

I am glad I did. They were prompt -- the car was picked up 3 days after I placed the order, on the day they said it would be picked up, and delivered when they said it would be delivered. Dee was extremely helpful and made sure I knew what would happen each step of the way. She was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions about the move and the process.

Specialty Mobile arranged for Jay Phillips Transport to do the actual moving and promptly called me to give me their contact information. They too were professional, helpful, and on time. They contacted me immediately after Dee told me they would be the transport company. They gave me a pick-up window of four hours and came the first hour. They gave my son a time certain for delivery and were there at the time they promised.

I would not hesitate to use either Specialty Mobile or Jay Phillips again.
