It was my first time to transport a car. I had no idea what it would be like at the beginning. I didn't even know what questions to ask about when some representatives contacted me. I luckily googled this website before I made a choice between so many auto transport companies. From this website I knew what problems usually exists with auto transportation. After I read many reviews about a few companies, I realized that there is big difference between the services provided by different companies. All I want is a company able to give me a reasonable time frame to pickup and deliver cars and have an excellent records to make me feel comfortable.

I started to only pay attention to the top rated companies. SMS of course caught my eyes because it is the No. 1 rated. Most comments speak highly of SMS's serves. There is very few negative reviews about SMS. I paid much atttention to SMS's negative comments. One thing I noticed is that after nearly each negative comments, SMS response timely and reasonably. I start to believe that this company is really serious about its reputation. Some people (actually some auto tranportation company representatives) have reminded me that some company may hire someone make fake reviews which look like real. I can not get rid of that doubt from my mind either. However, with so many reviews for SMS, plus the coverage of these comments on all the aspects related to auto tranportation, I was convinced that most of them must came from real customers. I also checked the BBB records of SMS. It looks very good for me. Then I decided to go with SMS.

The result is that my car was picked up and delievered on the earliest days I was informed. I did not have much trouble with my car transportation. Nothing was out of my expectation and I was satisfied with the whole process.

My experience does not prove that a company with an excellent review score can guarentee an excellence service for you. But I am sure that reading the reviews here before placing any auto transportation order will make you much more comfortable duering the process lasting about two weeks. Next time I will still go for a highly customer reviewed auto transportation company.
