I used Specialty to move my Volkswagon Passat from Nebraska to Delaware. Setting up the transfer was very easy and I was pleased with the timing and the price.

The pickup went fairly smoothly - they weren't able to make the first scheduled time and and had to reschedule. The move went very quickly and I was very surprised when my friend in Delaware called me two days later to say the car was already there.

One problem we had was a miscommunication about how the balance due for the transfer would be paid. I assumed that because Specialty had charged the deposit on my credit card, they would then charge the balance once I had taken delivery. This didn't happen and the driver ended up asking my friend for the balance in cash. My friend called me, I called Specialty, and we worked out a solution that worked for both of us.

Short version is they moved my car very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. I'd also like to say that Dee at Specialty Motors did an outstanding job and always made me feel like my car was in good hands.
