SMS was prompt and found a carrier quickly for the transport of my car from NY to CA. I looked online at several companies. Frankly, when I saw SMS and the reviews, I felt very comfortable with them. That, and being a ex-Cincinnati local, I felt partial to the company based out of the suburbs of the city. The day I called for the quote (Sunday afternoon), the owner of the company called me personally to assure me that my request would not be lost in the shuffle. The staff members were extremely helpful and always ready when I had questions or concerns. They found a carrier in less than 10 days (actually 3 days). The carrier (Blue Angels Express) was very prompt and reliable. They picked up the car on 8/3, got it to LA by 8/11, and I picked it up 8/12. The driver and I were able to agreeon a mutually convenient time very easily. I would definitely use them again! Thanks to the SMS team (Dee, Kristin, Amy, Jason) for all of their help!
