We just received our Buick Rendezvous today 5/24, quote #0504270199, which we booked on 5/16 from TX to NJ. Just wanted to say how happy we were with the whole deal. The driver was friendly, courteous and would periodically check in to let us know where enroute he was.
I had read many horror stories about individuals like myself who had bad experiences with other companies. So originally we considered this company because of some positive reviews from other users. Although they were not the least expensive, $895, we chose Specialty Mobile Systems because they were the only one who called me back (on a weekend) to answer questions about the services and steps to take. Now we would highly recommend them based not only on the customer service we received, but also on the professionalism of the driver. Much success.
