Great service and follow-up

I needed to transport a vehicle given to me by a friend who had just moved from CT to WA. Living in WA also I had not seen the vehicle nor could be present to pick it up. I called Specialty Mobile Systems (SMS) and spoke with Dee. She informed me of their process and that if they could not transport it themselves would use one of their approved carriers to do so.

While I received numerous quotes from other companies, all were within $100 of SMS but none rated well by their customers. I went with SMS and while I was not happy that it took a full 10 days to pick up my car it was within the 7-10 day timeframe I was given. Had the driver not needed to stop in NJ before going to CT my vehicle would have been picked up earlier.

Once it was picked up I was contacted by Dee and told the car would reach me in 7 days. Needless to say I was shocked when I received a call from the driver in 3 days informing me he would arrive tomorrow (just 4 days coast to coast). The car arrived dirty as I expected being on an open transport but in good condition. The driver was clean, nicely dressed (polo shirt and khakis) and not what I expected from a truck driver.

The service was great and I will not hesitate should I need to transport a vehicle again. Dee and her customer service is wonderful and genuinely cares about you and your vehicle!
