I was concerned when I decided to ship my Toyota Camry with only 3,000 miles on it from New Jersey to California. However the people I spoke to at Specialty Mobile Systems, Dee and Don, were both quite reassuring and helpful. They explained to me how the car would be picked up and when I would hear from the driver and when I could expect to have the car delivered in California. The driver, Jeff, was quite competent and handled the inspection of the car with care before driving it on to the carrier. He called when he was ready to deliver the car in California after having taken it from New Jersey and arranged for delivering the car at a convenient location for our son. All in all, we were completely pleased.
