I had never used a Transport Company , therefore I was a little worried about how it might go. I had been told by many people to watch out for up front deposits. After doing extensive research I came across South Beach Transport. I had great customer service from beginning to end. When I called I was explained how the process works and what my wait time if any would be. Being that I leave everything for last minute I was a bit scared that I would not be able to have my car transported in the time that I needed. After being explained the process from start to finish and having all my questions answered. I decided to go with South Beach Transport mainly because there is no upfront payment due. Iris was available at all times and was very quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Not only was my car picked up in short notice, but it was delivered just on time. I will definitely use them again.
