Dear Customer, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with our company. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may have encountered during the process. We did have a driver for you for the original quote. Unfortunately, the carrier canceled last minute and we can’t foresee such situations. As you might know, all brokers use the same National Load Board which means we have the same list of carriers, so working with another company wouldn't impact the price of the carrier and you might end up with a higher quote. Our representatives have set a good and reliable connection with our drivers and we are able to talk the price down on our customer's requests. We are so sorry that we were unable to do it with your order. We hope for your understanding and wish you a great day!
