My car broke down on the other side of the state, and there were so many details to sort. (Fingers crossed it’s a warranty issue.) When it started looking into towing, the rates were insane. I googled towing and entered my contact info. Sonic was one of the first broker’s to contact me. I found another tow for less money, but the driver cancelled at the last minute, leaving me scrambling on a Friday afternoon to find another tow. I started calling some of the other broker’s I’d originally worked with to find my tow. I was getting consistent quotes at 2.5 times the rate of my original tow. Paul Carter’s team was responsive and proactive. They were able to organize some return fares to negotiate with the driver so my price out of pocket wasn’t catastrophically more expensive. Needing a long tow is vulnerable: expensive, in my case unexpected, and I was working in an industry I don’t have any connections with. Paul and his team made it painless. Definite recommend.
