I worked with a dispatcher named Elijah Cruz. We had a nice connection, and he really showed care for my difficult situation. He worked very hard and diligently for a long time on my needs, even though I canceled on him 3 times! He really went above and beyond for me, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. After working with over a dozen other dispatchers, I couldn't recommend Sonic enough. They were by far the most professional, hardest working, kindest, and most honest company I've worked with.
