Worse Transport Company

Worse experience ever! I have had 3 cars transported with various companies. This company reached out to me on a Tuesday and said they could get a car delivered to me by Friday. Mind you I explained that the most important thing was to have the car delivered by Friday because it was for my grandson to have when heading to college. They said they could and I don't know why I believed them. But here we are on Thursday and not only has the price gone up about 70-80% more, the date is now Monday. Of course during these time everything is being blamed on the increase of gas prices. If there was an issue, I think I should have gotten a call yesterday to make different arrangements. I probably would not have heard from them had I not reached out to them today. Not only does my grandson not have his car, I have to fly him down there to get it and bring it back for it to be serviced in order for him to take it back to college. All by Sunday when he leaves. I really think "ALL" of the reviews for this company are made up. I plan to find every review site, Facebook and Twitter to complain.

Dear Dr. Bell, We are so sorry to hear about your experience with our company. We do ship vehicles on your route very often and were very surprised that we couldn't make it this time.
