Things did not go as smoothly and hassle free as I would've liked

Things did not go as smoothly and hassle free as I would've liked. In the end my car was transported 3days later than expected and at a higher cost than originally agreed upon. I can say the customer support agent, Sam was as helpful as I could have asked for and did a great job of explaining and communicating updated with me throughout the process. The second contract although more expensive than the first contracted driver who canceled less than 4hrs of the agree pick up time went well, the second driver was very professional and my vehicle was picked up and delivered a day earlier than originally quoted.
