I had decided to purchase a vehicle , which was located in Sacramento, Ca. Subsequently, after flying out to test drive the vehicle and ultimately deciding to buy the car. I knew I didn’t want to drive it back to my home state of Texas because I didn’t have any vacation or desire to make that trip: So I had decided to look for a automotive transport company. I ultimately decide to secure the services of Sonic Auto mainly because of their price. The had quoted me a more than competitive price to deliver my vehicle from the Dealership in Sacramento, Ca. to my home in Spring, Tx. They’re insured and bonded, which was also very important. I had been contacted by several other companies that wanted hundreds of dollars more and warned me not to choose a cheaper carrier. They said they’ll give you a lower quote then do a bait and switch after they pick up your vehicle. Making up a reason for a later delivery date or a higher price. This wasn’t true with Sonic Auto.. The POC I had spoken with (Melissa)was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my question/concerns about the process. She emailed me over the documents and I was able to electronically sign them and send them back. They told me my car would be delivered between a one to 20 day window. After the dealership released the vehicle they picked it up on a Sunday and I got my car on Wednesday or Thursday. I paid a initial deposit prior to pick up of 135.00 and 800.00 on delivery. The driver brought me my vehicle and delivered it unscathed. I’m very pleased with the service and would recommend Sonic Auto to anyone looking for Vehicle Transport. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I’m ever purchasing a vehicle or moving out of state and need my car transported. Great Job Sonic Auto!!!
