I just recently booked a trip with Sonic auto , and i absolutely loved the customer service from jade. She was very helpful along the way being though it’s was my first time shipping a vehicle she made sire i knew exactly what was going on. also her replies were fast.. 10/10 Only issue i had unfortunately was my driver.. He wasn’t as friendly or polite but my car did arrive pretty fast.
