I've never had a car shipped so was hesitant about who to use. I went through the quotes I received and Sonic was reasonably priced with good reviews. I dealt with Olivia and she communicated in a timely fashion through the entire process. Even as the driver they had lined up originally to do the pick up bailed, she was able to get a another driver secured at a slight increase of cost to do the transport. I really appreciated that she seemed to treat the transport as if her own car was getting moved and communicated with me consistently to make sure I was confident in this getting done. Glad to deal with someone (Olivia) who seemed genuinely concerned about providing good service to the best of her ability without driving the truck herself!
