Miles was my contact person and he was very efficient and good at communicating. My carrier was scheduled to pick up my car on Saturday but this didn’t work out for some reason. Miles called me right away to let me know that he set me up with a new carrier to pick up my car right away, with the same price. The new carrier was supposed to pick up my car on Friday, but got a flat tire so picked up my car Saturday morning. It arrived in North Carolina Tuesday morning. The driver dropped it off in front of my new apartment and I paid for his Uber. Great overall experience - better than I anticipated.
