I've never had a vehicle transported before but needed to have an suv shipped from Texas to Minnesota. I contacted sonic auto after reading reviews of many companies they seemed to be the safest bet, and I am glad I did. I spoke with a gentleman named Patrick Garcia and he was extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to get me to hurry up and book the carrier or pay a deposit. He answered all my questions and let me know if I need anything to just give him a call back. After I agreed, signed the contract he worked hard and had me scheduled within days (there was no urgency for my transport). Vehicle picked up a few days later, and delivered as promised. Patrick called every step of the way to make sure that I was satisfied and everything was going smoothly, ; that was the best part of the experience for me. Customer service to me is being accessible and transparent, it's not always the product but the experience that separates one company from another. The vehicle arrived safely on time and earlier than expected to my 75 year old mother's front door . I couldn't ask for a better 1st experience of having a vehicle transported. If your ever in the market for transportation use Sonic Auto and please ask for a Patrick Garcia, he will not let you down.
