So it was going to be 925 and I was first speaking to Melanie this was at the beginning of the month. Everything was going good til she never responded back. Days later we have a new girl name Kate picked up are contract because Melanie wasn’t working with them anymore more. Weird but okay that’s fine. Then when it was a few days til the pick up date they assigned us a new driver and we had to pay 25 more dollars. That’s fine no problem and so we get the new driver. Then when we call the driver he kept pushing to pick up right at that moment on the 27th when I was a work. And out date was for the 28th. So we took Kate and she apologized. And everything should be good for the 28th. Well it was the 28th and we waited all day no one picked up the car. They had told me that they weren’t going to do anything with the deposit til the driver picked up the car. And they never called me to see if they driver picked up the car or what happened. I called them and they didn’t know what was going on . I called the driver and their phone would only ring 2 times. So we are done at this point we are just going to bring the car down are selves. It’s disappointing to see this poor service especially to military members.
