Well I first bought a 1996 Dakota for my son and I got many different quotes, probably about 40 and 1st Call Auto Haul had good reviews and a good price, so I set up a date and Eric (1st call auto) subed it out to another company with unfortunatly it was snowbird auto. Then we were given an estimated shipping time of 4 days from Florida to New Jersey, well it was picked up on the 5th of february and promised by the 9th of february. Thursday the 9th rolled around and no truck, I called donald and he said he had a problem with payment in maryland or some s**t, by then there was a huge snow storm heading straight towards New Jersey and most of the coast, he said in my 2nd call to him that he didnt want to drive through the snow, then the storm hit and left 3 days later me and my son were like wtf is going on here, a 3rd called was placed to the liar donald and said that he is snowed in. And let me remind you this is 3 days after the storm is over and he said hes snowed in at a walmart in south jersey!! I was like the name of the company is SNOWBIRD why cant he get his fat a$$ out of the truck that he left at a walmart in the ghetto and shovel the truck out!!!! Then after that we called again and he said his clutch was "slipping" so thats going to stop you from driving it!? Then finally on wednesday the 15th the truck showed up at my buddies garage and it was dropped off i couldnt be there when he arrived and my son doesnt get up there until 230 from school, so it was dropped off just before that. The bill of lading should be signed by the customer that says its in good condition and recieved, well donald never had him sign anything, instead he decided to sign it himself!! So when me and my son got there we looked it over and guess what we found...We found that the license plate was stolen, the tailgate was scratched,(mind you this truck was almost spotless)and about a 3 inch dent in the tailgate also and to top it all off the right rear tail light was cracked. None of this was marked on the inspection paper before it left florida. So we called the company if you can even call it that, and also talked to donald who said and i quote "why are you knit picking?" BECAUSE MY TRUCK IS DAMAGED!! And denied all responsibility for his actions. This company is just full of liars and scam artists who dont give a damn, I AM TELLING ALL OF YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!!
