DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR.
The vehicle I transported was damaged. The dealership service department, where I had the 1300.00 REPAIR done, has verified that the vehicle could not have ever been driven with the damage to the front shaft/axle that was caused by chains on the truck. The vehicle was loaded on to the truck by being driven and then was DELIVERED NOT DRIVABLE at all. The vehicle was diagnosed with a BROKEN AXLE. This company will not pay for the repair, will not acknowledge the damage and all they do is argue that I can not prove they did the damage. When I asked for picutres of the truck to show me that they use straps and not chains... it was refused. I can only now agree with the SERVICE PROFESSIONALS that this is TRANSPORT DAMAGE.

Your vehicle was strapped down and transported as it was picked up the vehicle We are the one asking the picture of the axle which you claim the axle was in a perfect condition and had it on a picture before it was released to us. Now I am being curious why would you say you had the picture of the perfect condition of the axle. And how am I going to send you the picture of the truck loaded with all the vehicles when you ask for it when they were all delivered? Not admitting our fault, I have forfeited whole transport changes from the broker to recover your loss because I have done so much business with your broker. I am actually surprised you wrote the review.
