My car arrived. It was dirty from going through rain and snow and who knows what else, but I expected that. It was undamaged so that was good.

Main issue with these guys would be that they weren't good at communicating with me and letting me know what was going on. There was a definite lack of communication that made the process a lot more difficult.

For instance, they arrived late by a couple hours (missing the end of their three hour window). I understand that this job takes flexibility, but I'm waiting around at work because they said they would be there at noon and they don't even bother to call me and let me know it will be another couple of hours. When it arrived in PA it was very confusing because they said they would meet me one place to drop it off but then they decided to stop on the side of the road and drop it off there. I'm having to arrange rides and transportation this entire time since I"m losing my car, so it would have been a lot better or an experience if they were more organized, arrived on time, and kept up better communication with their customers.

But again, my car did arrive undamaged and for that I am happy with the service. Would I use them again? Not sure. I might, I might not. They're not a bad company, but I would definitely make sure you are calling them constantly to check on where they are and what is going on.

I apologize about the inconvenience you had to go through during transport. If I wanted to add why we had to be late on your vehicle was because of the items inside of your vehicle was caused the driver loading cars back and forth multiple times. Regardless, it was our mistake to inform you and we will work hard to fix the problem
