This is the most unprofessional company I have every delt with. My son arranged to have his car shipped to California. Being active duty Military I expected him to be treated with compassion as he just came home from deployment. The first pick up was overlooked, a second company was called in. Scheduled for Wednesday night the car carrier broke down in NJ. Rescheduled for Thursday, then Thursday night. Rescheduled for Friday between 12-2p. Received a call that the carrier was still broke down and it would be later in the afternoon, after multiple calls from myself as well as my son in California, it was scheduled for early evening. At 9:30p received a call the driver was in the area but did not know where he was. THe drivers very friendly did not speak english and were very hard to understand. After having to drive the car to them it was finally on the carrier. My son paid $1100.00 to ship his car from PA to California. DO youself a favor do not use this company if they treat military like this what chance do civilians have. Save your money drive the car yourself.
