In the spirit of keeping it real, it is a daunting and overwhelming task of researching and finding a credible, reputable, honest and client-focused Shipping/Broker agent to help explain and honor the quoted rate when shipping a vehicle from coast to coast. After conducting hours of detail research review of 18+ different shipper/broker agents received from Eship portal, I was very happy to have chosen Robert Martin at Silver Express Logistics - robert@silverexpresslogi… (786) 802-2081 as he demonstrated all of the above shipping broker characteristics through his quick email/text/calling replies. Robert's instant communication follow-up was always on point, concise and easy to follow as it relates to shipping/vendor process, offered accurate pre quotes with a reputable driver that delivered my vehicle from San Francisco to Atlanta damage free few days ahead of schedule. In mid-November of 2018, Robert made sure I was aware of who was my assigned driver along with his contact info so I can have direct communication with him which made the drop door-to-door service easy and efficient. A pre/post vehicle delivery damage paperwork was reviewed with the driver which none had to be filed since the car arrived damage free. Robert under promised and over delivered which is a great skill to have for being customer laser focused in an overwhelming shipping industry.
