I placed an order with Silva Atuo Transport to have a motorcycle shiped form PA to So Cal. I was told that I would probally have the vehicle picked up in a couple days. After about a week, after calling EVERY DAY, she just said, we have 7000 vehicles we will get to yours when we can.
I found another company to use (http://www.motorcycleshippers.com) for only a few dollars more this company had my vehicle picked up a in 2 days and transported in an enclosed trailer.
I thought aobut calling to cancel and get my $100 of the $200 depost back, but figured that they dind't care aobut my bike. After 30 days I requested my depost back and got $190 of the $200.
Only good thing I have to say about Silva is they were propt with the refund and no hassle or questions asked.
