First they told me the transport truck was in pickup area, then they couldn't contact driver but would call me back in a hr. this went on for 4 days, never got a honest answer as to when they would pick up car, then I was cussed out for cancelling 6 business days later.
The biggest problem is not honestly telling customer what the problem was and how and when they would resolve it. Some of there representative are very rude and unprofessional and vulgar and try to threaten you with details of the contract that do not apply and are misleading. They are a broker and do a lousy job of communication with a customer. They threaten to take more money than they are entitled to than is the contract.
Evasive, intimation are their best attributes when dealing with a unhappy customer.
