They picked up my vehicle 2 days prior to the scheduled date of pickup because they had a truck (having space for car) coming this way. I had already moved to the new location (my destination address) and my friend was also available on the new pick up date. Thus it worked out well for me. Ship time (from time of pick up to delivery)- little more than a day.
They pick up the phone, communicate well and are accessible.
