PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS

I talked to BERT after received their quote email. They quoted to move my car for $750 so i gave him a call and negotiated the price drop down to $725. He agreed to that and asked me to sign the contract and talk all the good thing. I'm supposed to moved by the end of this month so i gave him 2 week advance notice and he said this is more than enough to get a driver for me. So 4 days after the first available day i still not receive any phone call or any email regarding this. So i gave them a call and talk to one of their representative, he checked my order and said will give me a call back in 10 minutes and never do. Next day i called them back and ask to talk to BERT again. He said that he can't not find me a driver and ask me to put in $200 dollar more. Then he mocking me about how i care about my car. So i asked for the deposit refund and he said NO and told me that i would never get my money back. He said i must give him 7 business days from the first available days to get a driver but in this case i have to put more money in ($200). I asked him if after 7 days and no driver assigned can i get my money back he said NO. And the conversation ended.
Lucky i used my credit card so i can file claim and got my money back... I happily to contact another company and paid 850 to move my car...
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DO FALL INTO THE FISHING PRICE AND WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY TO GET YOUR CAR MOVE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY AND CARELESS ABOUT WHETHER YOUR CAR GET MOVE OR NOT.
