As, several others have indicated in these reviews. Scott and Adrian are smooth talkers. My daughter is in the Airforce and was in North Dakota, she was deployed to Germany and needed her car delivered to us in Boise Idaho. Pickup was scheduled for June 15th 2011. When no one showed up or called I contacted Scott. He indicated we needed to talk with Adrian. Wow! what a disappointment, Adrian wouldn't return phone calls on Thursday and Friday. He did call on Monday and told us he was looking for a driver. At least tin my opinion, he never had a driver scheduled and told us it may be awhile. At this point my husband asked for her deposit of$150 to be returned. After several calls Adrian not only insulted me and my husband he made derogatory statements about my daughter. In fact he started speaking Spanish and called me and my husband names I will not repeat. I guess he didn't realize we speak spanish! At this point it looks as if my daughter will not get her money back.
Just a couple of notes, Showtime is not BBB accredited check out the BBB site; http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/automobile-transporting-services/showtime-auto-transport-in-miami-fl-90030532 . However the website, in the about page, says they are; "Showtime Transport inc. is a family owned and operated company, established in June 2008. We transport vehicles across the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We offer both Open and Enclosed carriers. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.
FMCSA data shows them in Homestead, FLA at (786) 352-1377. when contacted individual that answers does not know the company and indicates it is a personnel Phone number. Showtime website shows Miami and other phone numbers.
