During the entire process we were able to talk to a real person with any concerns or changes. Ty, and others took care of We every detail and put us at ease. We were given a couple of payment options, and the 950.00 was well worth it. It was picked up and delivered within two days! The driver contacted us 24 hours in advance and several times on the delivery day to accommodate us. He was very polite and professional. Items in the vehicle were left untouched and there was not damage to the car. In a follow up with Showroom Transport, they thanked us for using their service. Their customer service is stellar. If we ever need to transport a vehicle in the future, there is no question that we will use their service again. We would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone considering transporting a vehicle through a professional, and dependable company who values their customers.
