They didn't spam me with a ton of calls or emails like every other transport company. Jennifer was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Her excellent customer service is the reason I chose this company. The driver they hired was very nice and speedy. He had a hiccup in delivery but thanks to his great communication it was not an issue.
