The car was picked up a day early because they called and said that was a possibility; it was more convenient for us so we went with it. We were told it would take 3-4 days but it ended up taking 7 days which wasn't too big of a deal. Also, the car was supposed to be dropped off mid afternoon when it was actually dropped off at 9 pm. Other than a little discrepancy in the times it was overall a good experience.
