This was my first experience transporting a vehicle. Generally, it was a very good experience - the educational information which Honesty First Provided in terms of videos as fantastic. Our key contact was knowledgeable and seemed to be available 24-7. I don't think I ever went more than a few hours without a reply from him. The only area I would comment on is to explain to the consumer that the quote can change (increase) when the trucking companies don't want to take your car as the price is too low. I did not see that listed and felt a bit uncomfortable when the price kept going up. In the end, however, Honesty First was no more expensive than some of the other bids I received. But I chose them because they were the lowest quote. Not a terrible thing, but just something to point out.
Overall, please customer. Car arrived safely.
