The driver called up scheduled a time to pick up and kept in contact with me via phone if there were delays due to traffic etc. The driver gave me an overview of his schedule and when he anticipated arriving at the final destination. There were some delays to due mechanical and weather issues but I received phone calls from the driver and was able to contact him to get updates up to delivery time. He was very nice and professional and I would recommend this service to family and friends.
