Good experience in a unreliable industry

I spent hours researching before making the decision to work with Honesty First. Anyone shipping their automobile should do the same thing so they understand how the industry works and they don't have unrealistic expectations. Had I not done my homework I don't believe my experience would have been so positive. I almost went with Four Corners Transport as a broker because of their great reviews, but after a very unpleasant initial conversation with one of the reps who grew tired of me asking questions I decided to work with Tom at Honesty First.

Tom was easy to work with. He initally contracted me with a carrier that had horrible reviews on this site and several lawsuits pending, so I asked him to find me another carrier which he was able to do in less than an hour. Ace Auto Transport shipped my car and they were fantastic to work with. They called me before pick up to confirm a date and time that worked for me and also to confirm the drop off. My car arrived to California a few days ahead of schedule. I would work with Ace Auto again.
